I studied business and management with a major in e-Learning at the University of Sheffield Hallam (UK).

Certified trainer (CT.)

I am a International Certified Trainer. After evening school of one year I received this post-HBO diploma and became a International Certified Trainer (CT). You have to be recertified every two year in order to encourage continuous learning in order to keep your skills. See for more information: www.ibct-global.com.

Personal Development

On Personal Development and Effectiveness I attended courses on MBTI, Communication, Color Dynamics, LIFO and Impact and Influence.

I am also a member of the Dutch Society of Human Resource Development (see NVO2).

Technical skills

On technical skills I attended courses on Learning Management Systems and computer programs like MS Office (Project 2007, Excel 2007, Word 2007, Visio and Powerpoint). I further work professionally with e-Learning design software like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 09, Lectora and Camtasia 09.

Other relevant computer skills are Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS4.
