I have listed my work from the last ten years. Training, Education and Knowledge Management are the main areas and focus of my career. I currently work at ING as Head Commercial Banking Academy within Commercial Banking.

Prior to ING I worked at ABNAMRO as Global Learning Solution Manager. Some of my projects are listed below:

• Learning manager in a project team to build a business case for a Global LMS
• Coordinating a Global learning project on Mergers and Acquisitions
• Responsible for a consistent learning offer on Transversal themes like e.g. Compliance, Diversity and Inclusion, one bank no boundaries, etc.
• Designing, implementing and managing the Learning Intranet site within ABNAMRO.
  

Prior to ABN AMRO I worked as a Learning Consultant at ATOS ORIGIN. Some of my projects are listed below:

• Working for Achmea, an insurance company, as a consultant to define work processes for the ICT department.
• Assigned as a Learning Consultant at the Dutch Defense Department for implementing train the trainer projects at the Command Control and Support Centre in Ede.
• Worked as a team leader at The Hague University of Professional Education.
